Our permanent base is at Wood Lane Quarry, BS23 2TR, nestled in the foot of Weston Woods. This is the perfect space for Forest School sessions and outdoor learning and can be used as a base to explore the wider woods. The quarry is fenced and secure for groups of children to visit and can host educational sessions for all ages, workshops and small events. There is lots of space to make shelters, build fires and hunt for bugs and explore.<\/p>\n
The Quarry is well hidden but is only a few hundred metres from a main road where on road parking is available and a main bus route runs. Wood Lane is off Bristol Road Lower and access from Wood Lane is initially tarmacked but becomes uneven and cobbled over the last few meters.<\/p>\n
